SUMMARY AND FORECAST.
Present indications ore tor a falling barometer and high westerly winds, with squally and changeable weather generally. Much rain is probable on tho West Coast and in the soutihenii districts, and i 6 likely to follow everywhere 6hortly. The weather has been fair to cloudy in tho northern, and East Coast districts, but changeable and showery' conditions have prevailed In tho West Coast and southernmost districts of tho South Island.
