On Saturday afternoon tho Wellington Club held its weekly run from Russell's Tea Robms, Karori. Notwithstanding tho weather, tho attendance was satisfactory. Trail-laying was delegated to R. and T. After traversing hill and dalo for some distance, tho pack struck the road near South Karori Parle, and a circuit of tho playing fields followed. Then from the western sido of tho football ground, a northerly course was shaped, the trail eventually coming out on tho road in tho vicinity of tho Council Chambers. During the six or seven miles run amusement was caused by members unexpectedly toboganning off the greasy slopes, ono member in particular coining in for loud applause for doing a "Gaby glide" over twenty, yards. Tho usual run-in over the last quarter mile resulted in a win for W. Donaldson, W. Press and G. Weston filling second and third places respectively.
