At a meeting of the Library Association at Bournemouth, tho local librarian urged that others should follow tho examplo of Bournemouth in providing a magnificent musical reference library. lie said that ratepayers who wore musical students had equally as much right to demand good music as tho student of any class of literature had to demand literature.
