Sift the flour and salt togethor, rub in the dripping, add the sugar and' ginger; nux ' well. Warm the treaclo and add the milk to it, and mix with the other ingredients; dissolve the soda in a little milk, and add last. Mix well: turn into a iloured cloth, and tie firmly; plunge into boiling water and boil two hours. Turn out ajid l servo with treaclo sauce poured round. FOR TOMORROW. Stock. Vegetables.
