SUMMARY AND FORECAST.
Present indications are for Wffh westerly winds .with squally si.Tid cloudy weather generally. ltaini is probable in all parts of tho country in the nest two or throe day 3, and heavy on tho Weft Ooast . and southern, districts, with Tivere flooded. Further fall in tho barometer probable everywhere. Tho mercury showed an increase of atmospheric pressure this morning, and a temporary improvement, in general weather conditions, though considerable rain has fallen on the West Coaat and southern districts.
