:l $ .1 A meeting of tho Royal Arch Ohoptor, - No. 1, TJ.A.O. Druids, was held on Wednesday last, after a lapse of two vears, there being a largo attendance of past offioers present wno belong to tho vari- _ ous subordinate lodges in the Wellington district. Apologies were received f on behalf of. several past officers for nony attendance, also from the Grand Secretary, Bro. J. W. Grant. Tho officers of f the Chapter aro: P.D.P., Bro. P. J. . Mullins, R.A. Druid, in the chair; P.D.P. Bro. O. D. Hargraves, _ R.J.P.A.D.; P.D.P. Bro. Johnston, R.V.A.D.; P.D.P. Bro. W. Crombio, R. a, Secretary and Treasurer; D.P. Bros. 0 Boock and Drummond, R.V.A. Bards; a P.S. Bros. Mawhinoy and King, R.A. a Bards; P.D.P. Bro. Seager, R. Guardian. Sixteen P.A. Druids and secretary attended the lecture, and were presented with the degrees appertaining to tho office they have held in the various subor- ? dinato 'lodges, they belong to in the Wellington district. Discussions 'took 0 place in reference to Royal and Chapter work, etc. Special thanks were passed '• to tho R. Secretary, P.D.P. Bro. W. d Crombie, for the largo amount of work L " dono during tho recess, and ' special I 1 praiso was given to tho Royal Arch " Druid, P.D.P. Bro. Mullins for tho lec,r turo given. R.A. Chapter lectures aro 0 in future to be held the first Wednesday s in every month.
