New South Wales hail tho best of tho gamo from the start-, and .in the-first spoil scored 26 points to 5, Rotorua's' score being due to laxity when Mackairo ran through and Walker converted. In tho second spell, Rotorua went to pieces, their collaring being very wealt. Tlio visitors' threequarters—Frawloy, Dean, Horder, and Algio—wero particularly conspicuous, tho heaviness of tho victory being duo to tho manner in which thoy throw tho ball about, zigzagging over tho field. Tries wore scored, for New South Wales by Horder (3), Algio (3), Cubitt (2), Frawloy (2), Sullivan, Craig, and Curran. Tries w'oro converted by Frawloy (5) and Horder (1), and Frawloy kicked a penalty goal. TEAM TO PLAY WANGANUI. Tlio club championship finals ' wero played off yesterday, morning, in tho senior Miss Hannay beat Miss Carter; in the junior Miss M. Wheolor boat Miss Marks. Tho bogy match played on Tuesday was won by Miss M. Wheeler with a scoro of 2 up. Tho putting competition was won. by Miss Focke'. Tlio monthly medal was won by Miss M. Whooler, 99 —26—73.
