Governor Sulzer ordered tho pardon of a prisoner who was accused of wrecking, ono of tho banks. The Supremo Court judge thereupon ordorod tho production of tho accused at tho Court on a given date. It is understood tliat the question of tho impeachment of Sulzor will likely bo brought to a head by this incident.
