Tho Duke of Comiaught- (GovernorGeneral of Canada) sent his regrets at ■ being unable to attend. Mr. Taft, (cxPresident of the United States), Mr. 1 Borden (Prime Minister of Canada), and M. Labori (advocate of tho French [ Court of Appeal), were amongst tho audience.
