(Rec. September 2, 10.15 p.m.) London, September 2. Dr. Arthur Wade, an oil expert, sails for Australia this week, via Singapore, going on later to Papua, whoro Mr. L. Wratliall, of tho Royal School of Mines, will prospect for petroleum, while Dr. Wado investigates tie prospects in Australia on bolialf of tlio Commonwealth Government.
