REBEL "DIEHABDS" HOLDING OUT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Peking, Septomber 1., It is officially denied that the present position was caused by President Yuan Sliih Kai's indisposition in May last. General Ohang-Hsuan has captured Nanking. A remnant of tho famous rebel "Diehard" Regiment is holding out on Lion Hill.
