Bulgaria offers Turkey the greater part of Adrianople, reserving Karagatch and Kirk liilisse, and demands the razing of tho Adrianople fortifications, and tho cession of a strip of. 10 kilometres (about 6J miles) east of the Maritza River, giving protection to the railway following the river, which Bulgaria intends to make navigable from Adrianople. GREEK FOREIGN MINISTER. Athens, September 1. M. Koromilas, Foreign Minister, lias resigned to become Ambassador at Rome, M. Panas succeeds liim as Foreign Minister.
