At tho Arbitration Court evidence of I identification was given in the case of i. the Public Trustee v. the Shaw, Savill, 1 and Albion Company, a claim for £504 I 18s., in TesDect to tho death of Ernest I Alfred Bowles, a watorsiclo worker. Tho required evidence was givon by the r widow, and the representative of tho company stated that his clients would require 1 nothing further. They wero satisfied' as to tho amount claimed. Judgj ment was givon accordingly.
