rSjwoislly Written for Thb Domihioh,] TUESDAY. Rabbit Soup. Grilled Chops. Chip Potatoes. 13akcd Onions. Treacle. Roly-poly. Sweet Sauce. RABBIT SOUP. About two quarts rabbit liquor, 1 teacup of rice, 1 cup of milk; 1 onion, salt and peppor to taste, 10/.. butter, 1 egg, if liked. Peel and wash the onions, cut them up very finely, put them in the liquor with the salt and pepper and butter, and simmer until tender; then add tlie rico and cook for about half an hour longer; add the milk, let it just come to the boil, and if egg is used stir in quickly, and_ cook livo minutes longer without boiling; sprinkle in chopped parsley and serve. FOR TO-MORROW. Stock. Half-pint Lentils (soaked overnight). Piece of Pickled Pork. Short crust pastry. Two lemons.
