HUTT AND PETONE NEWS.

(From Our Special Correspondent.) $ The annual euchre party and danco in connection with the Ulster Lodge of Freemasons was held on Friday night in tho Masonic Hall, Petone, and was well attended. Mr. T. Warburton won the moil's, and Miss Jenkins the ladies' first prizes. Dr. Ross, and Messrs. \Y. Cox and H. Brookes wore M.C.'s, and Mrs. Harris pianist. On Saturday evening the children's party was given, and several ladies and gentlemen rendered items and played games to entertain tho large army of juveniles. Mrs. Pollock was accompanist. A capital supper was provided, and tho children thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
