An agreement lias been reached between Servia and Montenegro, giving tho latter Plevljo and Diakova. (Rec. August 31, 5.5 p.m.) Sofia, August 30. The Government is negotiating with tlio Porto on the Adrianoplo question. This decision to negotiate is duo to Bulgaria's inability to sustain another campaign, also to the impossibility of raising a loan of twenty millions sterling until tlio present uncertainty has ended. LGndon, August 30. Reutcr's correspondent denies the Vienna statement that the Powers have agreed to boycott Turkey financially. If Bulgaria and Turkey agreo respecting Adrianoplo, the Powers, it is stated, will acquiesce. THE BYZANTINE CROWN. (Ree. August 31, 5.5 p.ml) Vienna, August 30. ! It is understood that King Constantine of Greeco will bo crowned in Slay next, with the Imperial Byzantine' crown, which lias liecii preserved at Mount Athos. Ho will also wear the Byzantine Emperors' purple mantle. This is likely to offend the other Balkan States.
