Tho Wellington team left for south by tho Wahine last night. It includes several of the regular players in the Rugby Union's senior competition—Little,.Player, Fisher, and Griffiths. Feilding, August 29.. The Manawatu Rugby Union competitions aro now over.. Tbo Feilding teams havo won livo out of tho six trophies. Tlio seniors havo won the Ilankins Shield for the championship foritlio third timo in succession, and six times in sovcu years. The juniors havo won tho championship cup, aud also tho Gibbons Cup for the "sudden death" competition. The thirds won their championship, and also the "sudden death"' competition for tho Foote Shield.
