TO-DAY'S DINNER.
[Specially Written for Thb Bouinich.] SATURDAY. Onion soup. Steal: a-nd kidney pudding/ Potatoes. Marrow. Stoived rhubarb* 11 ice pudding- Cream. SUNDAY. Spring soup, ltoast pork. Apple sauce. New potatoes. Green poas. Lemon pio. Cream. FOR SUPPER. Cold roast pork. Salad. Venus pudding. Applo snow. SPRING SOUP. Ono pint stock. Half-pint milk. Some young carrots. Some leavos of spinach, Tops of asparagus. Pons and cauliflower. One ounce butter. Ono ouncc flour. Two tablespoons cream, fsalt arid cayenno to tasto. Wash, prepare all tho vegetables, boil tho asparagus and spinach in the stock. Boil the carrots, peas and cauliflower- separately in a little extra stock. When all aro tender and ready add the milk to tlio stock with tlio asparagus and spinach. Blend tbo flour audi butter in a plate. Stir into tho soup, and boil fivo minutes, stirring all tlio time. Add all tbo rest of tlio vegetables, without straining; tlio seasoning and tho cream just before serving.
