LAKE COMO MURDER.
~c EXTRADITION OF' CHARLTON, By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright Rome, August 28. Porter Charlton, extradited from America for the murder of his wife at La.ko Como iu June, 1910, has arrived at Naples. Tho Supreme Court at Washington. recently decided that Charlton must return to Italy to answer the charge. Charlton, who is the son of a Philadelphia Judge, and was formerly a bank clerk, murdered his wife while on a visit to Italy m June, 1910. The couplo had been married only three months, and were living in a villa at Moltrasio, a village on tho Lake of Como. The tragedy' was first brought to lisht by some fishermen, who, whilo at work on Lake Como, picked up a trunk, whicli was found to contain Mrs. Charlton's body. Charlton 'esrappcl from Italy l>«t. was arretted fome' time later upon' liis return to New York. He then admitted having killed his wife in a fit "Dennis" Commercial .Motor Vehicles.— Messrs.
