A Hamburg-American liner collided in the Channel with tho Spanish steamer Galaico at midnight. Tho bows of the latter wore crushed ■and tho vessel filled. . Tho crew of nineteen took to tho boats and wore rescued by tho liner and landed at Falmouth. The Galaico is a menace to shipping in the Channel as she is drifting about in''a water-logged' condition.. -
