ANNUAL MEETING. ' The annual mooting of the Overseas Club was held last night. Sir Edward Osborue-Gibbss presided. The following officers wore elected:— President, .Mr. A. de Bathe Brandon; vice-presidents, Sir Edward OsborneGibbes, Bart., and Mr. F. J. Courtney; secretary, Captain W. do R. Barclay; treasurer, Mr. W. lieauchamp Platts; men's committee, Messrs. C. St. G. Gore, W. Hudson, W. Bethune, F. Reeves, W. Fry, 11. F. Von Haast, A. G. Hume; ladies' committco, Mesdames Butts, Ross, Misses Young, Duncan, Gawler, Harrington, and pichardson. It was stated that the branch has 260 members.
