Mr. Keir Hardie, in an interview at Zurich, declared that' women would gain the vote in Britain after the next general election, as the new House would adhere to the principles of woman's suffrage. Tho present House is favourable, but Mr. Asquith is l opposed to a discussion. Mr. Keir Hardie added that Mr. Asquith was unlikely to continue as Premier, and that Sir Edward Grey would probably succeed him.
