Friends of Mr. Sulzer, Governor of the State of New Yorlt, who has been impeached for using party, funds in private speculations, are attempting to indict Charles Murphy (tho Tammany boss), Aaron Levy (leader of the Democratic Party hi the State Assembly), and James Fowley (chairman of the committee which- recommended the impeachment of Mr. Sulzer) on the ground of conspiracy to cvict Mr. Sulzer from tho 'gubernatorial chair.
