WEDNESDAY. Mutton Broth. Shepherd's I'ic. Potatoes. Sjiinacli. Treacle Pudding. PIE. Cold meat {lb., cold potatoes, tomato sauce, stock or water, half small onion, half-tablespoon chopped parsley, seasoning to taste. Chop the onion finely and fr.V in a little dripping until tender; mince the meat and parsley; mix all well and add the seasoning, sauce, and stock; pour the mixture into a piedish; cover with a thick layer of mashed potatoes; smooth over with a knifo dipped in hot water, and prick up tho edges with a fork; put a few hits of dripping on'the top, and put into a moderate oven to brown and get heated through ; it will only lake about hall' au hour, since everything in it is cooked already.
