On Friday, 'in ordinary courso, tho House will" re'pume consideration, of the Estimates. The .Railways Statement, tlio Ministar for Railways (tho Hon. W. H. HerI'tries) informed a reporter yesterday, /Jnay possibly bo introduced this week. ,'Hia projected Native Lands Bill, Mr. yHernes stated, would certainly not bo 'introduced this week. It is m print, 'but still has to undorgo final revision and possibly alteration in some of its details. ' Tho Land's Report, the Prime Minister stated yestorday, will be presented tit tho end of this week. The annual Labour report is not quito so advanced, but is almost ready for submission )to Parliament. , Tho Prime Minister told a reporter yesterday that he anticipates that tie ■session will end about the middle of •November, or about 12 weeks from the Jxresent time. ■A member of the Opposition Executive Committee, who was questioned' last evening, stated that nothing definite [had' yet _been dono in the matter of the leadership. Tho party is still awaiting n reply from Sir Joseph Ward.
