CART GOES OVER A BANK. LAD KILLED & DRIVER INJURED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) Clsborne, August 24. Edward -Vigis; eight years old, was tilled on Barker's Hill. The lad was Tiding on'a baker's -cart down the rather steep hill, when the horse shied and the cart went over tlio bank. The -cart fell ton Vigis and broke his neck. 'The driver, of tho cart, Howard Clare, ©scaped with a severe shaking. OUT ON THE FACE. !A man whose name is unknown was tadmiltedi to tho Wol-Hngjtoii Buiblic Hospital at about 11 o'olook on . Saturday evening, suffering from a cut on the face, which was. stated to be the result rj a fall off a car in Vivian Street.
