FRANCIS ARMSTRONG'S DEATH. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Itcc. August 24, 5.5 p.m.) ! London, August 23. At.tile inquest on Francis Armstrong, who was sliot dead while looking out of an upper window in Fountain Street, Londonderry, during tho riots on Aug"ust 14, a verdict was returned that death was duo to the result of a bullet wound. Two policemen deposed to seeing a companion of Armstrong fire a shot about tho time Armstrong was killed, but they woro unable to identify the companion.
