TO BE COMMENCED THIS TEAE. Tha now Trades Hall, which has b«on "in tho air" for somo little timo, was tho principal matter discussed at this week's meeting of tho District Council of tho United Labour Party. Originally about twenty sites wero umaer consideration, but theso have now been narrowed down to half a dozen, and, ns tho position is suitable in every case, tho question is mcroly one of prico. It is practically certain that tho matter will bo fixed at tho next meeting, anil that the foundation stono of tho new building will bo laid before tho end of the prosent yoar.
