■ London, August 22. Insurance risks to the total figure of seven millions sterling havo been covered in connection with the public apprehensions of an outbreak of civil war in Ulster.
Some of the witnesses at tho inquest en the body of the man Armstrong, who was shot during the recent riots in Derry, testified to seeing the police fire in the direction of Armstrong's house. The police, added the witnesses,' also smashed windows with their batons and rifles,
