WEST COASTERS' ASSOCIATION.

Mr. Grimmond, of Ross, will deliver a public lecture on South Westlamd at Spiller's Hall, Boulcott Street, on Monday next at 8 p.m. Tho lecture will bo illustrated with some 100 lantern slides taken from that picturesquo port of tho world. The proceeds of the lecture, which is advertised in this issuei, will bo handed oyer to the Westland Goldfield .Jubilee Celebration Committee at Ilokitika. The lecture is expected to be most interesting. Mr. Grimmond is well kuown in public life on the West Coast, and at one time occupied a feat, in tho House of Representatives, when Westland was -represented by two members.
