SIR EDWARD CARSON URGES UNIONISTS TO ENROL. By Telegraph—Preen Association—Copyright London, August 20. Sir Edward Carson, M.P., in a letter to Unionist Clubs, strongly urges Unionists not enrolled to join immediately. He asks aged people to also join; they could assist in guojixling their homes and property.
The "Pall Mall Gazette's" Belfast correspondent states that manufacturers and owners 'have* insured mills an<l houses for four million pounds. The Underwriters are charging 10 per cent, aftor this week.
