SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are fof increasing northerly winds generally. The barometer ia due to fall everywhere for a westerly storm area, likely to pass in the south at the end of the week, Mist and cloudiness overspreading the country for a change in the weather, but a continuance of unsettled conditions in the north. Strong east to northerly winds have prevailed, , with dull and unsettled weather northward of East Cape and' Kawliia.. and fair to cloudy weather generally. The barometer has fallen everywhere. p. C.
