One lobster, 1 minced onion, 1 small apple (minced), 1 tomato, loz. butter, 1 tabiespoonful ground rice, half-tablespoon curry powder, 1 teaspoonful chutney, juieo of linlf a lemon, lialf-piiit milk, calt. Mince onion, apple, and tomato; fry them in the butter a light brown, ithen add tho ground rico and the curry powder; mix well, and then add tho milk gradually; season with the salt and chutney; simmer 20 minutes; rub tho mixture through a sieve; have the lobster nicely broken up into neat pieces; return the sauce to tho saucepan, and when hot add tho lobster and tho lemon juice; servo with a border of boiled rice.
