The Hon. A. L. Hcrdman, tho Minister in charge of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Bill now before ithe House, stated yesterday that tho Government did not consider the matter of licensing biograph operators an urgent one. Tho allied subject of a local power of censure on the pictures was, however, receiving consideration.
