ADVISORY TRUSTEES.
' Mr. With' has moved to insert a new sub-clause in'the Public Trust Office Amendment ■ Bill, providing that ail adrim trustee shall not have power to direct the Public Trustee to incur expense for outside legal assistance unless the consent o£ the Public Trustee is. obtained, which consent shall only be given subject to any restrictions and limitations provided by the Act. . The office of advisory trustee is created in the amending Bili, which Mr. Witty seeks to amend.
