All books, and sample-packets and newspapers for places within the Dominion must be posted half an hour before the ordinary letter-mail, closes.

Unless otherwise specified, registered letters and parcols-post packages must bo handed in and money-orders, obtained one hour before t.he ordinary mail closes.
