A FRESH OUTBREAK, TWELVE NEW CASKS IN SYDNEY. (Roc. August 19, 0.30 a.m.) Sydney, August 18. . There tas been a mrudescenco of smallpox eases in the last few days. Twelve wises were discovered to-day, and there aro now sixty-seven patients in. quarantine, wil'h 178 convalescents. Four suspicious cases oro reported from different country districts, including a elioaver at Balranald, who is a Victorian, and has never boon in Sydney!
