MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
STOLEN FOOTWEAR. In the Magistrate's Court on Saturday morning, before Sir. W. G. Riddell, S.M., Harry Spooncr was filled .£2 for having 6tolen three coats from the shop-front ot James William Martin. Albert Hanson was remanded till today on a charge of theft of a PJijy. ■woman's hoots, belonging to \Vilhrun Martin. OTHER CASES. For insobriety, Robert Evans was fined 10s., Bernard Cavo Brown-Gave 10s., and Edward Smith, 10s. liose Eraser was sentenced to ono month's imprisonment for importuning.
