MEN'S BROTHERHOOD.

Dr. Graham Hughes, M.A., American University, addressed a large audience at the City Mon's Brotherhood yesterday afternoon, speaking against tho liquor traffic. Dr. Hughes advocated tho baro majority. The speaker was frequently applauded, and at tire close he received a hearty vote of thanks. The Rov. Knowles Smith presided, and made an appeal on behalf of Sister Alice, who was so earnestly working for the Brotherhood in relief of tlie many cases needing help. Help was niue'h needed, if any felt it in their power to help. Miss May I'etlierick sang and Miss Gladys Pees recited.
