["Specially Written foif The Dominion.] MONDAY. Macaroni Soup. Stewed Ox Tail. Mashed 'Potatoes. Leeks. Thornton Pud- ; dings. TIIOKNTON PUDDINGS. Two eggs, their weiglitin flour; weight of one egg in sugar and butter; raspberry jam, 2 tablespoonsful; \ teaspoon of carbonate of soda, dissolved in a little lukewarm milk. Cream tho butter and sugar together, add the eggs, well beaten, the sifted ilour, and tho jam,., in small quantities. Last of all, add tho soda, and stir in well. Steam in buttered cups or dariolo mould.n three-quarters of an hour; only half-lill the cups. Serve with a nice sauce. FOR TO-MORROW. Stock. " Spinach. 21b. Mutton Cutlets. Breadcrumbs. Suet.
