HUTT WEDDING.
A popular wedding was. solemnised at tho Presbyterian Church, Upper Hutt, last Weduesdav by the Rev. D. Usher. The parties were Mr. Arthur K. Routriy and Miss Annie Allen. The bride, who was given away by her brother, Mr. Alex. A Hon, wore a handsomely-trimmed gown of cream silk, and was attended by two bridesmaids. The bridegroom wa9 supported by Mr. W. Eoutely as best man, and Mr. N. Routiey- as groomsman. Tho bridesmaids, who wore dainty champagne silk poplin dresses, with large picture hats, were Miss S. Allen (sister of the bride) and Miss Rout•ely (sister of the bridegroom). The bridegroom's gifts to bridesmaids consisted of dainty little gold brooches. A reception was held at the residence of the bride's mother, where tho numerous guests were received by llrs. Allen, who wore a grey dress with Oiieutal trimmings. Mrs. Routiey (mother of the bridegroom) wore a dove-coloured costume, with black hat massed with violets. Tiro bride's travelling dress was of grey cloth, and she wore a black hat.
