Tho report to bo presented t» the annual meeting of shareholders shows that 'tho output for the year ended July 31 last exceeded that of any previous year, despite the break in operations caused bv the slaughtermen's strike. The balance-sheet shows accredit of .£12,'559 to profit and loss account, of which it is proposed to pay a dividend of livo per cent., absorbing .£2490, depreciation ,£2OIB, Tescrve .£6OOO, carrying forward wg23lC.
