Tlie censure debate in tho Federal House is prooeeding, and is expected to last until well into the coming week. After a special meeting of the Labour cauous, tho Opposition Whip notified tho Liberal Whip -that no pairs would be granted in connection with the censure division. Mr, Cook (the Prime Minister) considers that tlio Opposition is not playing a fair game. After all their protestations that they intended to help the Government, he says, tho fact is becoming apparent that tho Opposition's ono object is to prevent tho Government from doing anything. No doubt tho country was looking on, and would appreciate such tactics at theii true value.
