The Government had agreed to the printing of tho document under a misapprehension.

The motion was agreed to without dissent.

When resigning the Speakership cf the New South Wales Legislative Assembly some days ago, Mr. Speaker Willis accused Sir William Cullea of political bias. Tho document had not been read when Mr. Willis secured his motion for printing, which .tho Government supported. Mr. Holman, after reading the document, decided to movo that it be expunged from tho minutes.
