ITS ACHIEVEMENTS REVIEWED. By Telegraph.—Pre so Association—Copyright ("Times"—Sydney "Sun" Special Cables.) (Rec. August 15, G. 20 p.m.) London, August 15. The "Times," in a leading article reviewing the work of the International Medical Congress, observes that the conference was successful beyond all precedence. "Wo are glad to note," says tho "Times," "that a rebuko was administered by Professor Bateson to ardent votaries of eugenics. Insanity and cancer experimentation might, however, be quickened: with advantage."
