NOTICE 'is hereby given 1 that at a Special Meeting of the Miramar Borough Council, held at the Council Chambers, lung's Chambers, Wellington, on the 7th day of July, 1913, it was resolved lu pursuance and exercise, of the powers vostcd in it in that behalf by "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908," "The Local Bodies Loans .Act, ■ 1908," . and any Acts amending. the same respectively, and all other Acts, powers, or authorities, if any vested in it, or in any wiso enabling it in that behalf, the Miramar Borough Council doth hereby resolve 1 as follows:— "That for the purpose of providing the interest antl sinking fund on a Special Loan of Threo thousand pounds (CjyOOO), authorised to ..be raised, by the Miramar Borough Council, under the above-nien-tioned Acts, for the purpose of extension of tho Sewerage Scheme now in the course of construction, the said Miramar Borough Council hereby . makes and levies a Special Hate of One-twelfth of a penny in the £ upon the rateable valiio on tlie basis of the' Unimproved Value of all rateable property within Borough, comprising the wl.iole of tho said Borough of Miramar, and that such Special Rato shall bo annually recurring during the currency of such'loan, and bo* payable half-yearly on tliq First day of June and the First day ot December in each year and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of Twenty-six (20) years, computed from tho First day of December, 1912, or until the loan is fully paid, off."
