In giviiig judgment, Mr. Hewitt, S,lf„.said that the premises had been entered by tho police on search warrant, and' tho liquor found therein was more than what was reasonably required for tho use of persons residing therein. Accused was convicted under Seotion 207, Sal,-section 1, providing (hat more liquor (linn is reasonably required for Iho use of persons residing on tli« preiui.-A's .-hall I>b doomed to bo prima facie, evidence of unlawful sale. Three persons resided on tho premises in question, and froui May 11 to July 21 tho delivery of boor averaged ten gallons por diom.
