By Telszwli—Press Association-OoiyrfelU Sydney, August 11. • The Northern Colliery proprietors hare declined to ossist in the formation of a Board of Conciliation to deal with trouble which has arisen at the Pelawmain mine. Mr. M'Gowen, Minister for Labour, hag referred the matter to the Wages Board, as the urgent position at the Northern mines is again oausing anxiety.
