FIRE AT DUNEDIN.
(By Telegraph—l'rces Avmclation.) Duncdin, August 11. A fivc-romed house at Fergustie, North East Valley, owned and occupied by Mr. H. Spragne, was practically destroyed by lire to-night, together with the contents. There was no ono in the houso at the time. The house was insured in- the South British office lor .£175 and Iho furniture in the Standard office for jjuo.
