Association was hold yesterday, about fifty members being present. Tbo retiring president (Mr. Hugh MorrisoA) congratulated members upon the successful year. Ho reviewed tho finances, which oro in a healthy condition, and' dealt at some lenjth with the prospects for tho year in respect to Homo and foreign markets. At the Hawera Show-the oompany won two silver cups in the butter Competitions, securing 90 points.
